DWF Labs: AI and Crypto Convergence Not Yet Priced In by the Market, DePIN and Other Sectors May Present Opportunities

Odaily reports: DWF Labs has stated that the market has not yet fully priced in the potential of the convergence between artificial intelligence (AI) and the crypto industry. As Agent transactions and payments gradually emerge, AI can help retail investors process more information, make decisions faster, and build their own fund management infrastructure, but relevant capital has yet to flow into the crypto space at scale.

DWF Labs believes that frontier capital is currently flowing more toward space, robotics, and AI, and the market initially assumed that the crypto industry would not benefit from AI the way software companies do. As AI progresses from capital expenditure buildout and model development into the execution phase, the cycles of AI and the crypto industry may begin to intertwine; the higher the degree of digitization and the more intelligent AI Agents become, the greater the demand for crypto infrastructure may be. DWF Labs predicts that compute markets operating on crypto networks could become a potential theme over the next year.

DWF Labs stated that the areas it is focused on include: DePIN, which addresses AI bottlenecks in data, energy, and distributed inference compute; identity, which provides human verification in an environment with an increasing number of Agents; and payments, which leverages crypto assets as a payment method for AI inference services.
