Lightning Labs launches LayerTree, a non-custodial Bitcoin scaling solution, allowing a single UTXO to be shared by a million users

Odaily reports: Lightning Labs announced on X the launch of LayerTree, a non-custodial scaling solution built on Bitcoin that can connect with the Lightning Network.

According to the introduction, LayerTree utilizes Covenants technology to enable a single UTXO (unspent transaction output) to be shared by up to one million users. Users can receive funds without staying online, and can exit at any time through a single transaction. Funds also do not expire due to timeouts.
