Taiwan, China bans Coinbase and Kalshi

Odaily reports that Taiwan, China has blocked the websites of Coinbase and prediction market platform Kalshi. It is reported that the New Taipei District Court has authorized Taiwan's communications regulator and internet registration authorities to restrict local users' access to the relevant platforms. Taiwan had previously blocked Polymarket, Kalshi's main competitor. (Bloomberg)
