Binance bStocks AUM Now Surpasses $888 Million, Collateral Feature Further Opened to All Users
Odaily reports that Binance has announced that bStocks assets under management (AUM) have surpassed $888 million. Currently, users can use eligible bStocks stock tokens as collateral in cross margin accounts and unified margin accounts, further expanding collateral options and enhancing capital efficiency. As of now, bStocks supports 95 types of stock tokens as collateral. bStocks is expanding the use of stock tokens from asset holding to scenarios such as collateral and leveraged trading, helping users and institutions improve capital efficiency and driving further integration between traditional equity assets and the crypto financial ecosystem.
In addition, starting September 21, bStocks collateral and related leveraged trading features will be further opened to Regular, VIP 1, and VIP 2 accounts. Previously, this feature was only available to VIP 3 and above users. This adjustment means more users can use bStocks to participate in related collateral and leveraged trading after meeting suitability assessment and other requirements. To strengthen asset protection, Binance has introduced additional risk control measures for Regular, VIP 1, and VIP 2 accounts. These users must complete a suitability assessment questionnaire before using bStocks as collateral or engaging in related leveraged trading.
