Malaysian hardware wallet reseller CryptoBilis was acquired in March, former co-founder says he has exited all management and operations

Odaily reports: According to Bitcoin News, Malaysian hardware wallet reseller CryptoBilis previously underwent a change in equity, with an individual named Jiaming, whose registered address is in Heilongjiang Province, China, holding 100% of the company's shares since August 3.

The former co-founder of CryptoBilis confirmed that the company was acquired in March of this year, and the original shareholders at that time had withdrawn from all operational, managerial, and administrative roles, and have since ceased participating in the company's operations, only assisting the new team in coordinating events such as Pizza Day, MyBW, and PBW.

The former co-founder emphasized that he is currently no longer associated with CryptoBilis and called on the current management team to provide transparent explanations regarding the relevant situation.
