Securitize Brings 12 Tokenized US Stocks to Solana, Plans NYSE and OKXICE Listings

Odaily News: Digital asset securitization platform Securitize has brought 12 US stocks, including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, and Microsoft, onto Solana. The tokens are pegged one-to-one to the underlying stocks and are designed to preserve shareholder rights.

Trading will initially launch on Securitize's PropAMM platform, with Jump Trading providing liquidity and RQD supporting clearing, custody, and settlement. Listings on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and OKXICE are planned for later.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is exploring an innovation exemption for tokenized securities, and the ICE-OKX joint venture is also seeking to launch tokenized stock trading under the US regulatory framework. (CoinDesk)
