Hong Kong SFC Adds Digital Asset Private Fund "E Fund" to Unlicensed Entities List

Odaily reports that according to the official website of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the digital asset private fund "E Fund" has been added to the list of unlicensed entities, with two related websites listed. The SFC stated that "E Fund" falsely claimed on the related websites that the fund had been approved by the SFC.
