Odaily reports that ZachXBT posted on X platform stating that UPay may be allowing sanctioned illegal marketplace Xinbi to white-label issue its Visa crypto cards, and demanded that UPay clarify the situation. ZachXBT said that Xinbi is mainly involved in pig butchering scams, fraud, money laundering, and human trafficking.
