Anthropic IPO Prospectus Discloses: Commits $518 Billion in Future Spending on AI Infrastructure Buildout

Odaily News: According to Anthropic's latest IPO prospectus revealed by Reuters, Anthropic generated $4.59 billion in revenue in 2025, and as of December 31, 2025, the company held $20.28 billion in total cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments. However, Anthropic also committed in its prospectus to spending $518 billion in the future on cloud computing, compute power, and infrastructure buildout. This spending is 113 times Anthropic's 2025 revenue and 26 times its cash holdings.
