Robinhood CEO Called Out Again by Adam Aron: Don't Slap the SEC in the Face

Odaily News: AMC CEO Adam Aron posted on X again, calling out Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher. Adam Aron pointed out that Robinhood had previously expressed support for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s position on U.S. stock tokenization, arguing that tokenized stocks should carry voting rights and that companies should be able to opt out. If Robinhood does not adopt the same principles in its overseas business, it would be "hypocritical." He called on Robinhood not to go against the SEC's position, saying "don't slap the SEC in the face."
