Vitalik Buterin: Ethereum in 2030 may still be called a blockchain, but the way it operates will change dramatically

Odaily reports: Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin envisions that Ethereum in 2030 will combine blockchain, cryptographic proofs, and computer networks running outside the blockchain to enhance the network's processing capacity and users' ability to independently verify. Computers could generate brief mathematical proofs after processing transactions, allowing other computers to verify the results without repeating all the computations, and different computers could also process different tasks in parallel. Buterin also envisions privacy protection for payment information, account authorization rules, and wallet balance query requests, in order to reduce the account information exposed when users use wallets.
