Hyperliquid: Funding rate cap to be lowered from 4% per hour to 0.5% per hour

Odaily reports that Hyperliquid founder Jeff Yan stated in Discord: "Based on user feedback, in the next network upgrade, the funding rate cap will be adjusted from 4% per hour to 0.5% per hour. Please note that in practice, this cap is rarely reached."
