AI cloud computing company Nscale raises $3.36 billion through convertible notes, led by Third Point

Odaily: Nscale announced it has raised $3.36 billion through convertible loan notes. The round was led by Third Point, with $2.36 billion already funded at closing. Nvidia has committed an additional $1 billion, with the funds expected to be in place by mid-November. Nscale said its total contracted value has now exceeded $103 billion.
