The problems currently under public notice are numbered 305, 371, 381, 526, 866, and 1001 in the question bank. Among them, the candidates for problems 305, 371, and 381 are formal verifiers; the candidates for problems 866 and 1001 are mathematical solvers; and problem 526 involves both roles. The public notice information has been published on the official GitHub candidate registration form, and the public may file formal challenges.

It is reported that the Justin Sun Prize is the world's first zero-trust decentralized academic bounty mechanism based on a problem list, with a maximum single-problem prize of $1 million. On the day of its establishment, the first batch of 66 mathematical problems was announced, with the highest prize of $1 million awarded to the OpenAI research team in recognition of its solution and formal proof for "the existence and smoothness problem of the three-dimensional Navier–Stokes equations."
