18 Million Customers Will Be Able to Invest in Crypto Assets as Austrian Cooperative Bank Partners with Bitpanda

Odaily News: Österreichische Raiffeisenbank has announced a partnership with crypto broker Bitpanda, enabling customers in the Central and Eastern European region to purchase digital assets, with the related services to be rolled out gradually across its subsidiaries in various locations. This is one of the first major initiatives announced by the bank's new CEO Michael Hoellerer since taking office. Bitpanda has previously provided similar services to multiple banks including N26, and is currently considering going public.
