Odaily News: Cynthia Lummis stated in a post that Democrats previously demanded that crypto projects raising more than $25 million from the public provide audited financial statements, and the relevant requirement was written into the CLARITY Act, but Democrats ultimately voted against advancing the bill. Previously, the Senate held a procedural vote on September 15 to advance the CLARITY Act, but it did not pass.
