Nvidia-backed AI data center Nscale has confidentially filed for IPO
Odaily News: Nscale, an AI data center development company backed by Nvidia and Microsoft, has publicly filed an IPO application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise funds for purchasing equipment and meeting growing AI computing demand.
Disclosure documents show that for the six months ended June 30, Nscale reported revenue of $140.6 million and a net loss of $1.02 billion; in the same period last year, revenue was only $10.4 million and net loss was $368.9 million. (Bloomberg)
