Odaily reports: The European Union plans to introduce the "AI Kids Act," which would prohibit chatbots such as ChatGPT, Character.ai, and Snapchat My AI from simulating emotions or personal relationships when interacting with users under 18, in order to prevent minors from developing emotional dependence on AI.
