Crypto.com Co-founder: OG.com Futures Exchange Form 1-N Confirmed by SEC, Plans to Launch Single-Stock Futures in the U.S.

Odaily News: Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com, tweeted that the U.S. SEC has confirmed the Form 1-N filing submitted by its futures exchange through OG.com, granting approval to launch single-stock futures to the market. He also stated that the team is working with the SEC and CFTC to push for the launch of single-stock perpetual contracts in the United States, with further updates to be announced.
