This morning, the U.S. Senate held a procedural vote on cloture for the CLARITY Act, which ultimately failed with 49 votes in favor and 50 against (far below the 60-vote threshold, and not even reaching a simple majority). All Democrats and independents present voted against it, and 4 Republican senators (Susan Collins, Josh Hawley, Jerry Moran, Thom Tillis) also voted against it; Democratic Senator Chris Coons did not vote. It is reported that some senators proposed a motion to reconsider, preserving the possibility of revisiting the matter later.
