Axis Robotics opens pre-registration for the AXIS token community public sale, aiming to raise $1 million

Odaily reports that Axis Robotics has announced the opening of pre-registration for the AXIS token community public sale. The public sale is powered by Sonar by EchoDot and plans to sell 10 million AXIS tokens at $0.1 each, representing 1% of the total supply and a fully diluted valuation of $100 million, with a target raise of 1 million USDC. The minimum subscription per entity is $100, with a maximum of $100,000, and the participating network and settlement currency is USDC on Base. 10% of the tokens will unlock at TGE, with the remainder released according to the vesting schedule published by the project.

Pre-registration is now open. The subscription window will open on September 21 at 13:00 (Singapore time) and close on September 28 at 13:00, with settlement expected around September 30. Participants must complete KYC/KYB through Sonar. U.S. persons and residents of 26 restricted jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, mainland China, Russia, and Iran, are not eligible to participate. Axis Robotics stated that since launching on Base in March 2026, the platform has generated over 5 million data trajectories, attracted more than 200,000 contributors, and ranked among the top two DApps in the Base ecosystem. Previously, on July 27, Axis Robotics announced the completion of a $12 million seed round led by Hack VC, with participation from Nomad Capital, Pi Network Ventures, 10K Ventures, and several angel investors.
