Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau Warns Against Illegal Financial Activities Conducted Under the Name of RWA
Odaily reports: Recently, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a risk alert stating that some institutions and individuals are hyping the RWA concept, using phrases such as "backed by real-world assets, guaranteed principal with high returns, low risk and steady appreciation" to lure the public into investing. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau reminds the public that any form of financing activity conducted within China under the name of RWA constitutes illegal financial activity. Investors should be wary of false advertising such as "guaranteed principal with high returns" and "assured profits with no losses." If suspicious leads are discovered, evidence should be preserved and promptly reported to the competent authorities or to public security organs.
