Crypto sectors mostly rise, PayFi sector gains over 5%, BTC briefly breaks above $79,000
Odaily News: On September 15, according to SoSoValue data, on the eve of the CLARITY Act vote, most crypto market sectors rose, with the PayFi sector standing out, up 5.55% in 24 hours. Among them, Stellar (XLM) rose 8.81%, while XRP (XRP) and Telcoin (TEL) rose 5.99% and 5.50% respectively. Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 1.55%, briefly breaking above $79,000 during intraday trading; Ethereum (ETH) rose 1.42%, breaking above $2,500.
In other sectors, the RWA sector rose 3.20% in 24 hours, with Pendle (PENDLE) up 13.96%; the DeFi sector rose 3.05%, with Uniswap (UNI) up 7.02%; the Layer1 sector rose 1.77%, with Zcash (ZEC) up 8.76%; the Meme sector rose 1.51%, with Pons (PONS) up 24.99%; the CeFi sector rose 0.47%, with Gate (GT) up 2.63%; the Layer2 sector fell 0.28%, with Arbitrum (ARB) down 1.03%.
Crypto sector indices reflecting historical sector performance show that the ssiPayFi, ssiDeFi, and ssiRWA indices rose 5.48%, 3.55%, and 3.43% respectively.
