Derive Chain will be gradually shut down; Derive proposal suggests deploying V3

Odaily News: The Derive community has released a new DIP proposal, suggesting migrating all V2 positions and balances to the V3 genesis state and moving cross-chain bridge funds to L1. V3 is a zero-knowledge exchange built on zkVM and settling on Ethereum mainnet, utilizing off-chain order matching and ZK proof-based risk and settlement mechanisms; calculations such as margin, pricing, and settlement are executed within the zkVM and proven off-chain, with Ethereum L1 only verifying the proofs, and state differences published to Celestia to ensure data availability.
