If the Clarity Act fails to advance, the US may remain without crypto regulation for the long term

Odaily reports that Mike Novogratz posted on X stating that if the Clarity Act fails to advance tomorrow (September 15, US Eastern Time), the US may remain without crypto regulation for a long time, or even permanently, which would be detrimental to the US and force more of the industry to move overseas. He stated that the digital and blockchain revolution will continue, and the SEC and CFTC could take another two years to formulate rules and allow businesses to get started, but long-term uncertainty is not desirable, and he called on senators from both parties to focus on the bigger picture.
