Bitwise Announces Liquidation of Dogecoin ETF BWOW, Final Trading Day Set for October 14

Odaily reports that Bitwise Investment Advisers has announced the liquidation and closure of the Bitwise Dogecoin ETF BWOW, effective as of September 10. Bitwise stated that this move is part of its ongoing efforts to optimize its product lineup and adapt to changing investor demand.

BWOW is expected to complete its final trading day on NYSE Arca on October 14 and cease operations. Remaining shareholders will receive cash liquidation proceeds on October 22 based on the fund's net asset value per share as of October 21.
