Odaily reports: Web3 infrastructure and payment network Diamante has issued an announcement stating that a security breach occurred in its ecosystem, involving unauthorized activity by malicious actors. Upon discovering the breach, the team immediately activated emergency security protocols and coordinated with exchange partners, market makers, liquidity providers, and listing partners to suspend affected withdrawals and transfers and restrict unauthorized asset flows to prevent further exploitation. Diamante stated that the investigation has identified the suspected attackers and that it is currently coordinating with law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and jurisdictional partners in multiple countries to pursue legal action and recover assets. Diamante has initiated a comprehensive incident review to determine the cause of the breach, the sequence of events, and the scope of affected assets, and to strengthen its infrastructure. Diamante has committed to fully compensating every affected participant and will continue to provide updates on the scope of the incident, asset recovery progress, and protective measures once verified information is available.
