Odaily News: Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ulan Niyazbekov, stated that since 2026, the country's internal affairs bodies have launched 90 criminal investigations involving cryptocurrencies, covering cases such as online fraud, theft of funds, money laundering, and transfer of criminal proceeds. Niyazbekov revealed that while investigating a transnational online fraud gang in 2025, police discovered a TRON wallet containing over $3 million in digital assets on a suspect's device and used blockchain analysis tools to trace the related funds.
