马斯克旗下社交平台X遭爱尔兰监管调查
Odaily Planet Daily News: Ireland's media regulator has launched an investigation into Elon Musk's social platform X, focusing on whether its age verification mechanisms and parental control measures are effective. The Irish Media Commission stated that the investigation will assess whether X effectively implements age assurance measures and provides adequate protection for users under 16 while allowing adult content.
The regulator noted that X's parental control features may have issues such as inadequate minimum requirements, being difficult to locate, and not being sufficiently highlighted to new users. If X is found to have violated Irish cybersecurity regulations, the regulator may impose a fine of up to €20 million or 10% of the company's relevant annual revenue. (Semafor)
