Korea's KOSPI index opened lower, with SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics up about 0.5%

Odaily News, according to Gate data, the Korea KOSPI index opened up 0.72% at 7,045.79 points, with SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics rising about 0.5%. The Nikkei 225 index opened down 0.84% at 65,843.69 points.
