知乎将参与设立AI基金并拟出资15亿元

Odaily News: Zhihu has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has entered into a subscription agreement with the general partner and fund manager, planning to subscribe to 1.5 billion RMB in limited partnership interests in a fund using its own funds. Upon completion of the subscription, Zhihu is expected to hold no more than 30% of the fund's interests.

The fund has a term of 7 years (extendable by up to two years) and an investment period of 4 years. It will primarily invest in early-to-mid-stage unlisted companies in the fields of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology in mainland China, covering areas such as foundation models, AI infrastructure, robotics, and AI applications.
