US optical communications concept stocks fell across the board, with AXT dropping over 8%

According to MSX.COM data, US optical communications concept stocks declined across the board. AXT fell over 8%, while Applied Optoelectronics, Marvell Technology, and Astera Labs dropped over 5%. Coherent, Ciena, Lumentum, and POET Technologies fell over 4%, and Nokia, Corning, Tower Semiconductor, and Fabrinet declined over 3%, with Broadcom down nearly 2%.
