If Google opens Gemini 4.0 Flash to the public before the specified date, the event will resolve to "Yes"; otherwise, it will resolve to "No."

To resolve to "Yes," Gemini 4.0 must be officially released and made available to the public, including public beta testing or an open rolling waitlist; closed beta testing or private access does not count.

Gemini 4.0 must be explicitly released under that name or be widely recognized as the next-generation product following Gemini 3. Gemini 3.0 Flash, Gemini 2.5, and others do not qualify.

The resolution will primarily rely on official information from Google, supplemented by credible media reports.
