Odaily News, Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg stated that Bitcoin rose approximately 20% last week, marking its strongest three-day rally since 2023, signaling that the multi-month "crypto winter" is receding. However, the market remains overly focused on short-term price rebounds or sell-offs. In contrast, the long-term trend of digital assets entering mainstream financial systems is more noteworthy.
Mintzberg pointed out that in 2025, daily fund flows into Bitcoin ETPs have frequently exceeded $500 million, roughly 12 times the value of newly mined Bitcoin per day. Although U.S. spot Bitcoin ETPs experienced net outflows for eight consecutive weeks earlier this year, they have resumed net inflows for three straight weeks as of late July.
Additionally, a survey by Ernst & Young of over 350 institutional investors showed that 73% of respondents plan to increase their digital asset allocations. (Fortune)
