Marvell Chairman: Projected $12 Billion Revenue for Fiscal 2027, with Additional 50% Growth Expected in Fiscal 2028
Odaily News: Marvell (MRVL) released its fiscal Q2 2027 earnings report after the US market close this morning. The report shows that Marvell achieved a record $2.73 billion in revenue for Q2, exceeding market expectations of $2.71 billion; adjusted earnings per share reached $0.94, beating the anticipated $0.93; and gross margin came in at 58.9%, surpassing the market forecast of 58.8%.
Marvell Chairman and CEO Matt Murphy stated during the earnings call that revenue growth will further accelerate in the second half of the year. He projected a median revenue of approximately $3.15 billion for the third fiscal quarter, representing a 15% sequential increase and a year-over-year growth of over 50%. For the full fiscal 2027, he expects overall revenue to grow approximately 45% year-over-year, reaching around $12 billion. He also anticipates revenue in fiscal 2028 to grow another approximately 50% year-over-year, up from the previously expected 45%.
