Odaily Planet Daily News The Ethena Foundation has proposed four ecosystem updates, including a governance proposal to implement a fee switch. The proposal would use net income accumulated across all business lines under the Ethena brand to repurchase ENA tokens in a programmatic manner. According to the proposal, once USDe supply reaches the first milestone of $7.5 billion, currently at $4.06 billion, 95% of net income from all business lines will be used for ENA buybacks. On August 27, voting on the revenue buyback fee switch proposal began and will end on September 2. Currently, the proposal has received 14 million votes in favor, with a 100% support rate, and the quorum required for passage is 5 million votes.
