Trump Media Drops Truth Predict, Pivots to Crypto.com Partnership for Prediction Market Products
Odaily News – Media company Trump Media has abandoned its plan to build a prediction market into its social platform Truth Social, opting instead to promote Crypto.com's existing prediction market products to users through a marketing agreement.
Trump Media interim CEO Kevin McGurn stated that the prediction market industry has become a competitive field with established players, and the company will focus its resources on its media business and the proposed merger with fusion energy company TAE Technologies.
Announced in October 2025, Truth Predict was originally designed to allow users to trade contracts on elections, inflation, interest rates, commodities, and sports via Crypto.com's Derivatives North America.
