The case has been formally accepted by the court in accordance with the law.

The plaintiff has applied to the court for property preservation. After the case was accepted, the defendant Jing's side filed an objection to jurisdiction in accordance with the law, and the objection is currently under review by the court. The case has not yet entered the substantive trial stage, and no final judgment has been rendered.
