Serenity: Nvidia Expects ~70% Revenue Growth in Fiscal 2028, No Obvious Signs of AI Demand Slowdown
Odaily News "White-Haired Stock God" Serenity stated that the AI demand signals released by Nvidia's latest earnings report and conference call are clearly stronger than market expectations. Nvidia reported second-quarter revenue of $96.22 billion, surpassing the market expectation of approximately $92.17 billion, with data center revenue reaching $89 billion. The company expects next quarter's revenue to be approximately $108 billion.
Serenity specifically pointed out that Nvidia projects fiscal 2028 revenue growth of about 70%, significantly higher than the previous market expectation of roughly 43.9% growth, and noted that the company stated this outlook remains in a "supply-constrained" state. Meanwhile, Nvidia's committed order volume has increased from $119 billion last quarter to $279 billion, primarily involving memory procurement over the next several years.
Additionally, Nvidia expects capital expenditures from the top five hyperscale cloud service providers to rise from nearly $800 billion in 2026 to $1.3 trillion in 2027. Serenity believes there are currently no obvious signs of an AI demand slowdown, and compared to Nvidia itself, the growth opportunities brought to supply chain segments such as memory, CPO, and 800V through its architecture and capacity expansion deserve more attention.
