Manual borrowing feature launched on testnet; HyperCore mainnet borrowing remains limited to portfolio margin

Odaily News: Hyperliquid co-founder Jeff Yan stated that the HyperCore manual borrowing feature has been launched on the testnet. Currently, all borrowing functions on the mainnet remain limited to portfolio margin mode. HyperEVM smart contracts can now access HyperCore lending and borrowing features via CoreWriter and read-only precompiled contracts.
