Anthropic Projects Total Addressable Market Exceeds $30 Trillion, Surpassing SpaceX IPO Expectations

Odaily News, according to the Wall Street Journal, Anthropic is expected to tell investors in its IPO filing that its potential revenue opportunity exceeds $30 trillion, surpassing SpaceX's previous estimate of $28.5 trillion. Anthropic is showcasing the growth potential brought by AI through its "Total Addressable Market" (TAM), assessing the scale of all work that AI models are expected to be able to accomplish in the future.

SpaceX previously described its TAM as "the largest actionable market in human history," with $26.5 trillion of that attributed to AI opportunities. Anthropic's second-quarter revenue has already exceeded $11.6 billion, doubling from the previous period. The company's IPO could raise up to $100 billion, targeting a valuation of approximately $2 trillion, higher than SpaceX's $1.77 trillion valuation at its listing.
