The source said that during a meeting on the 24th with visiting Pakistani Army Chief of Staff General Munir, Iran had clearly elaborated its stance to the Pakistani side. The conditions proposed by Iran include the United States adhering to the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding and fulfilling its related provisions, with Article 5 concerning Iran's management arrangements for the Strait of Hormuz.
