Cisco (CSCO.O) is partnering with Super Micro Computer (SMCI.O) to further bet on the AI infrastructure boom

Odaily reported that, according to AXIOS, Cisco (CSCO.O) is partnering with Super Micro Computer (SMCI.O) to add high-performance AI servers to its NVIDIA-backed infrastructure product portfolio, expanding its business beyond networking equipment to sell more of the hardware required to run AI. Cisco is doubling down on the AI infrastructure business, betting that computing demand will not slow down in the foreseeable future. Cisco said it is working with Super Micro to add high-density liquid-cooled and air-cooled computing systems to its Secure AI Factory solution, developed in collaboration with NVIDIA. (Jin10)
