For Bloom Energy, the filing shows that Pelosi executed her first transaction on July 24, including:

- Purchase of 10,000 shares of Class A common stock, with a reported value between $1 million and $5 million;

- Simultaneous purchase of 100 call options with a strike price of $100 and an expiration date of June 17, 2027, also with a reported value between $1 million and $5 million.

On July 28, Pelosi made a second transaction:

- Additional purchase of 100 call options with the same strike price of $100 and the same expiration date of June 2027, with a reported value between $500,000 and $1 million.

In total, Pelosi now holds 15,000 shares of BE common stock and 200 call options, with the disclosed overall Bloom Energy position valued between $3 million and $12 million.

For Intel, the filing shows that on July 24, Pelosi purchased:

- 10,000 shares of common stock, with a reported value between $500,000 and $1 million;
