Pakistan's Interior Minister: Meeting with Iranian President "Fruitful"
Odaily News: On August 25 local time, Pakistani Interior Minister Naqvi stated that he and Pakistan's Army Chief of Staff General Munir held a very positive and fruitful meeting with Iranian President Pezeshkian. The two sides focused on discussions regarding the conflict between Iran and the United States, the tense situation in the Middle East and future directions, as well as the steps required by both parties to restore the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, ultimately achieving a comprehensive resolution of the conflict. Naqvi noted that Pezeshkian expressed the Iranian government's views and concerns, and the talks made significant progress, concluding in a positive atmosphere.
