Odaily News: Gold advocate and economist Peter Schiff has stated that AI poses a threat to Bitcoin rather than being a benefit, pushing back against the idea of linking AI with Bitcoin's development prospects.

Peter Schiff noted that AI directly competes with Bitcoin for speculative capital, electricity, and data center resources. In addition, he believes that AI could potentially discover vulnerabilities in Bitcoin's code, encryption algorithms, wallets, or network that humans have not yet found, thereby posing a potential threat to Bitcoin's security and scarcity.
