软银拟发债1万亿日元加码AI，投资规模创公司历史新高

Odaily News: Japan's SoftBank Group plans to issue 1 trillion yen (approximately $6.29 billion) in seven-year corporate bonds targeting individual investors. The tentative coupon rate range for the bonds is set between 4.3% and 4.9%. This issuance will be the largest bond sale in SoftBank's history, nearly double its previous record. SoftBank is expected to announce the final terms on September 4.
