Iran says it has prepared response plans for various hostile actions by the United States
Odaily News: The spokesperson for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Moohebi, stated that Iran has prepared response plans for various hostile actions by the United States, including responses to economic pressure. At a press conference held in the northern Iranian city of Karaj, Moohebi said that the U.S. announcement of launching a "toughest economic war" against Iran actually indicates that Washington has failed to achieve its goals in the military sphere. He noted that the U.S. has imposed economic sanctions on Iran for 47 years, and the current rhetoric about an "economic war" is aimed at exerting psychological pressure on the Iranian people.
Moohebi stated that Iran has developed plans to counter the adverse effects of the "economic war" and will continue to conduct economic exchanges with other countries "right under the noses of the Americans" while bypassing U.S. restrictions. He said that Iran has "no concerns" in the economic field, and the effects of the relevant measures will become apparent soon. (CCTV News)
