Odaily Planet Daily News Ray Dalio, founder of hedge fund firm Bridgewater Associates, stated that investors could allocate 10% to 15% of their portfolios to gold to reduce risk, and increase the allocation ratio of gold and Bitcoin relative to debt assets such as bonds.
Ray Dalio believes that if the current development path remains unchanged, the U.S. debt crisis could emerge within the next one to five years. His estimated net assets exceed $15 billion; in July 2025, he stated that he holds a small amount of Bitcoin and suggested raising the combined allocation of Bitcoin and gold to up to 15%.
