US stock index futures collectively turned higher, with S&P 500 futures up 0.26%

Odaily News: According to MSX.COM data, all three major U.S. stock index futures have turned higher. As of now, Dow Jones futures are up 0.42%, S&P 500 futures are up 0.26%, and Nasdaq 100 futures are up 0.25%.
